Greg bought me a Keurig coffee maker for Christmas. Basically the most domestic tech-savvy space ship like beautiful thing in my apartment. Holy shiiiiit~ Loving it.
I feel sort of bad for neglecting my DA journal. Shortly after my last post (10 days after), my dad emailed me to tell me that he had a brain tumor. Months later, turns out it's a pretty nasty brain cancer, which is extremely unfortunate. That's part of life. The other part is being incredibly busy with school at the Pacific Northwest College of Art. Lovely friends, lovely dinner parties, and whatnot.
Feels weird to stop making art on a daily basis. Which is not true, because I just launched a blog on tumblr! Which my best(ies, one pending joining the ranks) Raquel & Jade. Both aren't as free as I am at 7am Christmas day.
I've come to the conclusion two things that DeviantArt needs to update to keep going with this era / offer usability and cut down on "negative connotations" that are associated with being here. Few artists who start here actually become something of a community icon with an equal amount of praise and approval outside of DeviantArt.
The two things I want for Christmas from DA are:
1. Sitewide RSS ability.
Let me view my subscribers in an rss feed.
Let me send people rss links to my gallery.
Let me rss subscribe to things like daily deviations and more.
2. An easier uploading / organizing method.
Hate to pick names, but Flikr has got it goin' on. Pretty much the easiest organizing / titling / uploading thing out there.
Why is DeviantArt's uploading / tagging / titling process so damn slow?
I'd hate to say goodbye to you forever, DeviantArt. And I know that nothing is probably going to change.
Much love, to those of you who deserve it.

Just some recent pieces I have ruffled through that I'd like to share.
